Little BUGRs

Over the last 2 years I have made several little BUGRs. They tend to be small and buggy ( hence the name) As  shapes they tend to be simple , a curve or two and a flat base. Predictably they feature a slotted Wharncliffe blade with a scandi grind.  Their personality can be friendly, relaxed or in some cases plain belligerent. There is even an Ugly BUGR.

I have made these knives for several people and have shown them on  British Blades Forum and in all cases they have been well received. It is worth mentioning here what a superb forum British Blades is, with a huge number of members spanning all areas of knife making and collecting. Certainly over the years I have regularly benefitted from the support, help and advice of  friends there.
